Curiosity

One of the fundamental qualities that people who want to elevate themselves need to acquire is curiosity.

Curiosity plays a major role in every interaction you have every day. To activate learning, you need to be curious.

For me, I would say that curiosity is one of the best qualities in human beings. When you are curious, you learn, but people will also feel good about you because you show genuine interest in them by asking questions.

The person who leads a conversation is not the one who answers but the one who asks questions, as they are the driver and can orient the conversation toward their own interests.

Here is a famous quote from Walt Disney that I will carry with me my entire life, as it resonated so deeply when I first encountered it:

We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths

Curiosity is also at the core of Perspective vs Perception. To understand the perspective of others, you need to gain knowledge about them—information is a currency.

You also never know where curiosity will lead you. Asking the right questions may drive you exactly where you want to go.
